We want you to be happy with your purchase from Repair My Devices. We offer a generous 1-year return window for unused products and a lifetime warranty on certain new parts.
Return Policy (Unused Products)
- You have 365 days to return any unused product.
- Products must be in original packaging and condition.
- We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Lifetime Warranty (New Parts)
- We offer a lifetime warranty on brand-new LCDs, small parts, and digitizers.
- This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
- Batteries, tools, accessories, and best quality pulls are not covered under the lifetime warranty.
Return Process
- Visit our website and click on the "Easy Returns" tab.
- Enter your email address associated with your account.
- You will receive a link to generate a return shipping label.
- Pack the unused product securely in its original packaging.
- Print the shipping label and attach it to the package.
- Ship the package back to us.
- Once we receive the return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Defective Parts
- We will accept returns of defective parts if they meet the following conditions:
- The part has our stamp.
- The part is uninstalled.
- The LCD has factory glue separation from the lens (for LCD screens).
- The part is brand new and unused.
- The installed part is defective but not broken or damaged (e.g., it powers on but has a malfunction).
- Small parts and digitizers are defective and in good condition with our stamp.
- We will issue a store credit or exchange for defective parts that meet the above conditions.
- Store credit will be based on the current price of the part.
Parts Not Accepted For Return
- Parts without our stamp.
- LCDs with the lens sticker or seal covering adhesive removed.
- Damaged products due to improper installation or removal.
- Ripped flex cables.
- Damage to the LCD frame or glass (chipped color, scratches, etc.).
- LCDs damaged due to improper removal from the board and not powering on.
- LCDs with signs of pressure points (spots, lines, or non-powering).
- LCDs without a frame that have been installed.
- Bleeding screens.
- Non-Repair My Device parts and merchandise not accepted in RMA.
Non-Repair My Device Parts And Merchandise
- Any products without our stamps will be considered non-Repair My Device parts and will be recycled after 7 days.
- If you need these items back, you must inform your sales representative and provide them with a new order number to coordinate the return with your new shipment.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for non-Repair My Device parts.
Return Labels
- You can generate a return shipping label through our "Easy Returns" tab on the website.
- You can also call our sales representative or customer service department to request a return label.
- We offer 1 free return label per month to customers who purchase over $1,000 in a month.
- You will be responsible for the cost of additional return labels.
Cross-Shipment
- We can arrange a cross-shipment for urgent repairs (please call customer service).
- You will need to fill out a simple cross-shipment form.
- You have 7 days to return the cross-shipped item you don't need.
- The returned item must have our logo and be in the same condition as it was sent.
- We may charge your card on file if we do not receive the correct part back in the same condition.
Restocking Fee
- We will not charge a restocking fee for defective parts.
- We will charge a 10% restocking fee for unused parts that are returned.
- This fee covers the cost of restocking the part in our inventory.
